Everyone has an opinion on what a delicious steak looks like. Our family makes it simple. When you buy a quality steak that has been raised correctly from the beginning, then the work is already done. You don't have to add tons of spices and sauces to mask or tenderize it. Instead, all you need to do is complement it.
What does this mean? For us, we season it with salt and pepper, fire up the grill as hot as we can and sear it on both sides. When we're feeling a little fancier, we add our favorite Steak & Burger seasoning from Cowboy Prairie Dust made in Kansas. It's the perfect amount of flavor, without masking the wonderful taste of our pure, all-natural, grass-raised and finished steaks.
