Michelle's Philly Cheese Steak Sandwiches
Makes 6 servings of yummy, cheesy, grass-fed beef steak sandwiches. Sure to please any crowd!



1.5-2 lb Wholly Cow Market Grass-Fed Flank or Skirt Steaks

6 slices Provolone or Pepper Jack Cheese

6 Steak Rolls

1-2 large Yellow Onions thinly sliced

1 clove Garlic minced

2 Jalapenos julienned  (optional)

1-8 oz jar of Pepperoncini Peppers

Olive Oil


Salt and Pepper to taste


Thinly slice steak across the grain into small strips. Saute onions and steak and garlic on medium heat until onions are tender and steak is medium-well. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Saute jalapenos in olive oil in a separate pan, season with salt and pepper. Scrape meat to one side of the pan. Place cheese slices on meat to melt.  Toast buns on pan face down until slightly browned and crisp. Lather mayonnaise on each bun. Build your Sandwich with buns, meat, peppers, and Enjoy!
