6- Wholly Cow Market Grass-Fed Beef Hamburger Patties (1/2 lb.)
1/2 lb. Bacon
2 Large Yellow Onions
6 Sesame Seed Hamburger Buns
6 Slices Pepper Jack Cheese (or your favorite flavor)
2 Tbs butter
1/2 Cup Mayo
1/4 Cup Ketchup
1 Tbs Chile Sauce
1 Tbs Yellow Mustard
1 tsp Garlic Powder
2 Tbs Diced Pickled Jalapeno Peppers
Combine sauce ingredients in a medium-sized bowl. Stir, cover and place in refrigerator until ready to serve.
Coarsely chop onions, bacon into large pieces. Saute in skillet until onions are translucent and bacon is cooked. Keep warm until served.
Heat grill to medium-high heat and cook hamburger patties until medium. Add a slice of cheese to patties one minute before done. Keep warm until served.
Melt butter in a large skillet and toast hamburger buns.
