Wholly Cow! Look; we're famous! Our products were featured on an episode of Farmer's Market Friday on KAKE Courtyard Live.

Nevada Raitt did a wonderful job of talking to Frank Waugh about our Kansas-raised, fully grass-fed and finished beef products.

Grass-fed and finished beef is more nutritious than other beef. Specifically, grass-fed beef tends to have higher levels of omega-3 fatty acids, vitamin E, beta-carotene, and conjugated linoleic acid (CLA). It also has a better omega-6 to omega-3 ratio, which is considered beneficial for heart health.

Bonus - all our meat is raised with love right here in Kansas USA! That means it doesn't come over on a ship or train from other countries like Mexico, Brazil, Canada, Australia or New Zealand. That means no price increases due to tariffs - and when you buy Wholly Cow Market beef you're supporting a 5th generation ranching family and our community, like Nevada.

Nevada also touched on the products in our newest product line - Beef Tallow!

  1. Our beef tallow body butter in Citrus Sunshine scent, which uses all-natural grapefruit and bergamot essential oils, which provides a refreshing lift to an already nourishing treat for your skin.
  2. Our jar of Beef Tallow for cooking, which is great for frying, deep frying and roasting due to its high smoke point. Get a beautiful brown crust and extra flavor by searing steaks and other meats with it. It also makes a flavorful base for gravies and sauces.
  3. Our Tallow Beard Balm, great for the bearded men in your life who want to look good - even if they're out in the fields with the cows!

Shop all our beef, chicken, salmon and tallow products online with nationwide delivery! We offer free shipping over $175 in Colorado and Kansas.
