We offer high-quality food and related products, including:

  • 100% grass-fed and finished beef (no hormones or antibiotics)

  • Pasture-raised chicken

  • Wild-caught Alaskan salmon

  • Tallow-based products 

  • Dog treats 

  • Candles and other non-perishables

All products are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at any time.

 

 

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice.
We accept all major credit cards.

Customers are charged at the time of purchase.

 

 

5. Shipping & Delivery

Perishable Items (Meat)

  • Orders ship on Mondays and Tuesdays only

  • Orders typically arrive within 3 business days

Non-Perishable Items

  • Usually ship the next business day

  • Arrive within 4–5 business days

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship within the United States but do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii.

Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or weather conditions.

 

 

6. Food Safety Disclaimer

Due to the perishable nature of our products:

  • Customers are responsible for promptly retrieving delivered packages

  • All perishable items must be placed in a refrigerator or freezer the same day they are delivered

We are not responsible for spoilage due to delayed retrieval or improper storage after delivery.

 

 

7. Returns, Refunds & Satisfaction Guarantee

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns.

However, we stand behind our products with a satisfaction guarantee:

  • If there is an issue with your order, please contact us at hello@whollycowmarket.com

  • Photos of the issue are required

  • We may offer replacements or store credit at our discretion

 

 

8. Subscriptions

We offer subscription-based products. By subscribing, you agree to recurring charges.

  • Subscriptions may be canceled at any time before the monthly shipping date

  • Same-day cancellations will apply to the following month’s order

  • No refunds will be given for past orders

 

 

9. Product Claims Disclaimer

While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that all product descriptions or other content are error-free.

Our product claims include:

  • Beef: 100% grass-fed and finished, no hormones or antibiotics

  • Chicken: pasture-raised

  • Salmon: wild-caught in Alaska

All beef is raised in Kansas, USA and processed at an FDA-regulated facility.

 

 

10. Tallow Product Medical Disclaimer

Statements and information regarding tallow-based products have not been evaluated or approved by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and are not necessarily based on scientific evidence.

These products are not intended to treat, diagnose, mitigate, prevent, or cure any condition or disease.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Canny Team, LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website or products.
