These steaks are full of flavor but are best when paired with your favorite marinade before cooking to tenderize. Skirt steaks are good for grilling, pan-searing, or cooking low and slow. You can marinate in cumin, lime juice, garlic, salt, and pepper for fantastic fajitas or use balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, Worcestershire, dried mustard, and garlic for a decidedly more steakhouse vibe.
